Opal was looking at Hubert from a window in her room as he went out on a horse-drawn carriage with Omar.
Thinking about the future without sleeping all night long, Opal was finally able to sleep at dawn.
And now, she woke up at the sound of the two going out.
By the way, she vaguely recalls Hubert saying he would go get a tour around the territory last night.
Over the last three years, Omar has managed it properly and Opal had no need for further investment, at the same time that the territory has regained its original wealth.
Most of the money she has invested has already been recovered.
